I don't think so. Some manga i didn't raté nor tag came back in my already read list. I think we just need to bé patient
For the most part, yes. The devs have said one of their discs crashed and they lost a lot of data, they could recover the stories if they were rated or tagged but otherwise wise it was lost.
Some people said that the older accounts did get some of their unrated/ untagged stuff back, but newer users are a lost cause:/
