If you like the story, by all means read it, but you should be able to be forward about you liking it without desperately trying to defend it like it’s not slapping you in the face with it’s “themes” in these very few panels we were given.

I’m not confused by the short—I’m confused by the outrage. The story has shown hybrids being milked, bred, punished, and dehumanized since chapter one. Suddenly, one of them is shown older, in lingerie, and that’s the thing that broke the illusion for y'all.
I’m not defending the story like it’s wholesome. I’m saying this wasn't anymore escalated than the rest of it. Dehumanization and objectification are quite literally the basis of this story'd lore. Like if that short was your breaking point I truly don't think we've been reading the same story.
