They aren't deleted you'll get them back.
don't worry, ppl whose acc were made in 2014 and 2015, as in earlier years, they're slowly getting their reads back. Here's some proof

We're now reading timestamps for Dec 2020 so less than an hour from now. This is assuming you started marking mangas right away when you created your account. It's not based on account age :)
