it depends on the body but for me (sorry if you don't really care) i need to give it a while to get used and open a little, because if i don't give it the attention it needs it just hurts later with the d, don't worry about that, the right partner will know how to treat you in these situations and spend as long as you need, and obviously communication is essential, communicate everything to them so they'll know what you like or not, or how you like this and that for the next time
