U can't retrieve it. U gotta find that person's page and message them again. If u recently interacted w them outside of message, see ur notif history. If u know a work they mightve commented on or a tagged list they made, u can look em up till u find their name
actually I found it it's in spam reported area idk what I'm speaking is correct but I found them and I didn't remember there name but I found them
