Not 100% sure on this but I remember reading somewhere the ending was kinda rushed because the publisher didn't renew the contract with the artist. Hence the lack of side stories when the novel still has a bit more stuff that hasn't been covered.

Chapter 44 Spoilers

So Jiho sees Yeongwon (2 earrings on top) on the bed with another person. He just goes "sorry I didn't know we had company" with a blank face and goes to the other twins bedroom to escape.
Unfortunately, Jiho is surprised and upset about seeing it and unsuccessfully tries to assure himself that the twins were alway like this and not to be too shocked. Yeongwon barges into the room and hugs Jiho saying he want to sleep with Jiho, but Jiho pushes him away in disbelief and a side of ptsd flashbacks. Yeongwon gets a bit mad and tries to rape Jiho but Jiho manages to slap him and leave the house before anything happens.
Jiho is sad that he got too greedy for affection and that he overlooked too many things hoping things would get better, but unfortunately from what he has seen, the twin's nature of sleeping around can't be changed.
The chapter ends with Jiho sleeping in his younger sister's room on the floor and getting news his grandma is in the hospital.
