Am I the only one who thinks Crochetta is a bit selfish? I know her situation is awful and she’s a victim herself, but because of the charm, so many innocent people became corrupted/died because of it. They weren’t bad people but rather the charm caused them to be obsessed. Crochetta had the power to stop the charm with the ring but decided not to. It’s a pity for everyone involved…that’s why I can’t truly hate the crown prince…
I also don't understand why she didn't just go through with the wedding, obtained the ring and it would all have ended there and then. But I guess she was so emotionally and mentally exhausted and unstable that she just did not have the capacity to think things through rationally and plan accordingly.

She has enough in her plate to worry about it. Though charmed the Prince literally drugged , confined and assaulted her . She almost died .
