I was and still am defending the ml though in the first chapters I thought that he's way too cold for both the FL and Blanche but seeing the chapters hinting his fear of getting touched by a woman who had maybe the same intentions his previous wife did I felt really really bad but the fact that the other readers ignored those details)(In my opinion) basically says "You're a man so you should already get over it" and that reminded me when my mom said "It already happened a year ago and what's done is done so you get over it" although it's kinda cringe and stupid as what other people would say I can't help but sympathize... Srry bout that my water works just kinda took over me lel
