Imo. All ML did after the confession and after what MC said is basically, Me, Me and Me. What about me,What I want but never stop to think about Mc, what he wants and why it's so important to him that he got it. He pmo so much after he found out Mc basically got SA,he didn't even show an ounce of concerned but got angry because Mc didn't want Shit turned to disaster for them.Then In the last chapter he's really gonna ask why Mc being an Omega is important to this literally proving that's he's ignorant to the Omega and Alpha hierarchy and that shows a lot about ML not showing any care about MC but only his own goal.
