wait, I re-read from the first chap and should I say that Judith from the og tl isnt that much of villainess aunt? maybe the novel just said that she treated luca badly, so FL assumed luca was abused. and later on, it's revealed that Judith wasnt poaching money from the branch fams, but she was trying to destroy winterwald to save luca.
totally forgot that they chapters from judith pov. now I'm crying again.
what I like about this story is, they dont focus solely on Jiho as MC.
we got bit story from everyone.
how could one ever build a game like this. their quest and how they interact with the NPC is too complicated.
and then the game play. what if they die on a quest, then the quest is fail ofc and they face reductions of points, etc but they live again. what will the quest NPC reaction to the revival? lol

but the war arc is definitely engaging, tho i just skip most of the story since i want to know the winner. I'll re-read the arc once again. (⌒▽⌒)
and, fortunately the undertone romance is super thin. but its still meh to read the girls are falling for him easily.

I think it's really cool seeing Cesare's pov, it shows how twisted his memories are and that he never really understood Ruby. He's clearly the villain but in his mind he's in the right. He thinks he's her saviour when in reality he is the one abusing her.
Basically yh, he thought Ruby betrayed him and broke the promise and began ab*sing her
there is no potions could cure his brain.
he sees no wrong at his actions towards ruby, and I wish he wont have redeem arc.

I think he abused her long before and not after she decided to 'betray' him. we dont know if ruby was abused because she simply doesnt greet him with smile or something. afterall he is sick in the head.
