This is probably going to be a controversial one, but Killing Stalking...
The main problem with that story is that people are always classifying it as a yaoi, when it's not supposed to be. KS is more of a horror story/thriller... i think if it was the same story but with a guy and a girl instead of two men there wouldn't be as much confusion.
