No all my lists disappeared :( including the ones I wanted to read the only thing that didn’t was actual lists I made
Only stories that were rated or tagged could be recovered. If you didn't rate or tag anything then nothing was recovered for you. The only thing you can do is add things back yourself

yup, you're right! in addition to all the damage choking does in general (including risk of sudden heart attack and stroke), putting pressure in the middle can do real damage to the trachea or even cause the trachea to collapse. this stuff is hot in fiction but super dangerous irl
