He's just giving Iltak an extreme form of what Iltak wants with what he wants. Mind Iltak exploited him to basically be his Boy Toy Fanboy for Attention and made a Class physically beat him, now Gwang Hui turns the tables by making Iltak helpless and desperate to cling to him while he exploit him for Love and make a Homophobic Class accept they are gay for Iltak.
I feel sad for Gwang Hui but Iltak brought it upon himself. Would have continued shipping Iltak and Gwang Hui as a Toxic Yaoi but what happened in Chapter 110 made me reconsider. (〜￣△￣)〜
