They are plotting different things.

















Tatiana is just insane with love starvation and controlling tendencies. She is trying to fix the bracelet to get the perfect husband forever which she can't have because she already tried them all and they all fall out of love with her because she tries to keep the other MLs too while married. They eventually touch the bracelet and that brakes them free from Tatiana's control. Anyway, everything she does is to get her way.

Andy is part of the royal family and they have a bloody (literaly) curse. The curse makes the afflicted more powerful but makes them kill all of their loved ones using illusions of those same loved ones. Andy already broke free from the bracelet control and remembered what he always wanted was to actully be with Katina, be loved by her and prove to his father (probably more to himself) that he is better than his brother the crown prince.

The bracelet is "simple". What we got to know very soon is already pretty much all. It turns back time to saved moments like a videogame. It shows the affection level of people around you and once they reach a high enough level they get controled by the bracelet in the form of absolute loyalty and admiration.
Karina's bracelet has the extra function of being a mana storage because Karina has no mana despite somehow knowing how to use mana. If I remember well, that function was something her mom added to the bracelet when Karina asked her to look into it. It also has the extra function of messing with Tatiana's bracelet. Might be because it's the original bracelet or because the wolf spirit gave the bracelet that extra function.
Tatiana's bracelet has no mana storage but has the extra function of mana transfering. Something that Julius (I think that's his name) added at some point. Maybe while Tatiana's mom was still the owner or when Tatiana asked Ethan (the head of Ray's "family") to fix the bracelet. That mana transfer feeds Julius who is basicaly an undead so he will eventually be able to come back to life.

...in case Andy's plotting wasn't very clear:
He wants to get Karina back and kill Tatiana and his brother. He is not very particular on the order of those things, but he's been controled by the curse for a while now. It's actually kind of funny the curse telling him he is taking too long to do his first kill. The curse just wants to bathe the world in blood.
