.After looking at the raw, I think I kinda figure out the big secret. Correct me if I'm wrong. Min gun Lee's sister is actually his brother who had a sex change, but it seems that he ran away from home when he was younger (I'm guessing that he came out) after arguing with their parents. Years later he comes back as his sister to take care on Min. On top of that, (from a photo) Min's sister was actually in a relationship with the twins dad before his surgery, helping the dad raise the boys. I think that's the secret. And the twins known about him along, that probably why Han Kim rejected him in the first place.
I didn't read the raws but i think you have a point, since her coworker said something about her waiting for someone or something about her highschool life.. Anyways it seems pretty fucked up! But does Min gun Lee knows about his sister being transexual?
Yes, it looked like he was having a hard time accepting her or it was just awkward, but eventually (with help of best friend) accepted him as a sister

Seems like a super unnecessary and weird thing to add, it could've just been his brother and stayed his brother, dunno why the author had to make him become a girl, it doesn't add anything to the story. Kinda frustrating, especially cause I was excited to see what the secret was only to find the author drop the ball like that, but whatever. To each their own, one less manga to read isn't the end of the world ¯_(ツ)_/¯

So im lazy to re read the chapters, but what was on the letter that hyowon found and why is he hesitant to be with shinwoo? （￣へ￣）I missed something
Basically he staged shinwoo's death with help of his older brother, which gives him some time to find out something against his dad to blackmail him to not force marriage onto him. He returned to Office to find out a dirty secret about his father past and found that letter. I think the letter says something about the incident with an interpreter (might be Shinwoo's father) who died i'm prison for something that we don't know yet and how all the testimonies were dismissed and the case closed. I hope You can understand (sry English is not my first language)
And also he is hesitating to be with shinwoo because his father might found out about it, since the staged that and all that (+_+)

The interpreter is Shinwoo’s father.
I think it has been hinted quite a few times throughout the story so far. Hyowon actually mentioned that the noble lady that was his crush when he was younger looks a lot like Shinwoo. The noble woman was actually Shinwoo’s mother. Not sure why Hyowon’s father killed Shinwoo’s father even though he knew Shinwoo’s father was innocent. This is what I have put together from the hints so far.
Sorry Hyowon’s father technically didn’t physically kill Shinwoo’s father, but Shinwoo’s father died while imprisoned. Anyways, Hyowon’s father is responsible for his imprisonment.
No I think he is hesitant to be with him cause he thinks his father might be one behind shinwoo's father's death and so he feels guilty . Also he was having sessions with shinwoo in his room before finding this letter. Shinwoo is safe in his house .
