Because he is confused about it and hate where he is emotionless in some situations he will get over this with time and understand more about him and his condition it’s just for the plot i don’t think it’s the best manhwa but it’s good so if you hate drama and misunderstanding I would not recommend you to read it
Just because he has a condition doesn’t mean he can’t be held accountable. Dojae wasn’t trying to understand where the uke was coming from and was selfishly doing things his own way. The uke is a person too, he wants to be understood the same way Dojae does and that’s where their issues lie.

Just because you understand it doesn't mean it doesn't hurt sometimes. Try having a toddler. They don't mean half the things they say but it's still hurtful and wears you down. When you have someone with zero emotional intelligence it can get easy to feel lonely in the relationship
Tolerating someone's condition doesn't mean you have to tolerate every single thing, you'd be frustrated too
