I kind of like her. She brings spice to the table and she doesn't do anything harmful. And Byul ist not really helping to resolve the situation either .So I don't mind her.

I think they both misunderstood each other. When you read closely the uke-san was the one who suggest that they are sexfriend, I think because he has no clue about a what to consider now. And seme-san looked really sad after he said that!
But he made sure the uke-san would not be picked up by someone who might hurt him, so he made him stop drinking and brought him home.
And for the ‘has is to be me?’ But yourself in his position… would you rather hurt yourself and be sexfriend or would you rather step back and just be friend(ly).
In that situation both don’t speak about what they really want and end up misinterpreting each other actions.
In my opinion no one is at fault, but both are hurt. ☹
But I think the chances for a happy end are not that bad.
