I don't remember the story completely but the fl was found out that she wasn't the real daughter of the family and she would die when found out but the father (she was isekaied into novel) so she tried to gain money to leave the family by helping the mother produce some antidote for the poisons. She didnt have good relationship with her two brothers but soon both brothers and whole family become obsessed with her. She found out her actual father was sick and fallen into eternal slumber.... Oh the girl maybe had blonde hair while the brothers and mother had red hair

Its a smut where a girl was drunk and was sad probably because her boyfriend or some told her that she had small breasts then she complaint about it to her friend and his friend was also there.
