To be fair she was told that she was talking to an entity above monster level anyone would be scared. Also, she was concerned about the fate of humanity at the idea that something so powerful is allowed to live free. I get what you mean but at the end of the story she’s just a hunter who has have run-ins with dangerous monsters and is right to be worried.
