I honestly think shes doing this on purpose, but not just to be a bitch. I actually think she's trying to get them together by changing how Nakano does things, like acting instead of sitting back and letting things take their course. But, thats just my opinion.
She's acting like that because she's mad. She's torn between wanting to support Nakano and still feeling hurt from being rejected.
I'm not really sure this has anything to do with Toda, I think she's just feeling frustrated that her friend complains about using her powers but doesn't actually put in the effort to get to know or be close to people without it.

Just imagine someone , your closest friend kbiw everything in your mind but you font even know about her thought and never express her true feeling. It is annoying... Mana just do it eith her way,,, And even thought she her words a little bit cruel, she now Kanako san heard it and do not avoid her for that

Even thouh I would have wished the a litlle bitlle more romantic I think the "Thank you" was really much better than an "I love you" :) I think So-Yerossi couldn't have moved on in that way but I like that ending really more than any other (≧∀≦)
