I appreciate what his boss is trying to do, but i do think that as a superior it is his obligation to mitigate harassment/ poor treatment of a (disabled !!) Employee if he sees it happening, rather than using it as a learning lesson about standing up for oneself idk it's important to gain self confidence, but it's also important to speak up if you see someone mistreating ur INTERN. Maybe I'm just overly sensitive lol

Yes you're absolutely right. And also, the boss has already been stated by characters in-universe to be self-serving (not necessarily in a negative way just that he is not a saint). So his actions arent necessarily supposed to be viewed as "good". Nevertheless. He has peeved me
