Y'all the baby is for sure Roger's. Arnold and Crocetta had sex a while ago in the story timeline. If she were pregnant by that, they would've discovered it when she was getting treated after Etienne gave her that paralysis drug, not to mention that the baby would probably be miscarried since she stopped eating for a long time.
Ngl the uncensoring sucked for this manhwa, but the story is very cute and simple.
