It's an old manga, and it's a multistory.
Basically about a host and a doctor (maybe training to be) and both lived in a dilapidated apartment since it's cheap. Host is rich because he's hot, and doctor is poor lol anyway the doctor dude almost had his room burned down because it was hot, and the host saved him lol
Anyway in the end, the host retired and bought a piece of land for them, where he made a convenience store for him, and made a clinic for the doctor, buildings beside each other :'))
