It Would Be Great If You Didn't Exist!
Run Away With Me, Girl
This is by far one of the best GL I've ever read. The author did a fantastic job writing a compelling story about two ex-lovers who got separated by life. It's a wonderful read about realistic portrayal of homosexual relationships, sexual identity, and of each and every individual's own decisions.
You can feel how the author gave a lot of care and attention to the main characters, how they made sure that they stay in character throughout the changes they were going through. Their POVs gave the readers insight to their psyche and at certain points, I could relate to their inner struggles. That's how you write a compelling character.
Lastly, the art is so beautiful. You can see how the panels are meticulously created. Everything is where it is supposed to be. Battan's grasp in composition is visible throughout the series and they know how to direct the reader's eyes to where it should be.
This is definitely a hidden gem and one of my top 10 favorite mangas. I'm glad to have read this masterpiece.
