guys I’ve read it somewhere in the discussion, but it may be that the whole “bullying the artist” thing was staged to change the artist since she is quite famous (she has other works) and therefore not cheap. I personally feel like it’s unlikely to be bullied for the art style she became popular for (with other works) and with recent award for the same work (little mushroom). Also, new hired artist is just trying to mimick the previous art style, so there is obviously no reason to change the artist for the art style and then try to copy the art style. New chapters are blank, chibi styled and mostly not informative and chinese citizens are hating and dropping the project on the official app. We can’t know the details, but it’s definitely deeper than just “art style bullying”, maybe there was an internal conflict with the platform or something.
