I can't remember the name and it got erased from my list. It's a short 1 volume. 2 high school girls are best friends. The pretty popular one always tells boys who ask her out that she will go out with them but her bestie takes priority always. She later breaks up with a boy and his best friend gets back at them by bullying the girl's best friend (there is a scene when he gets that girl's hair stuck in his watch and pulls) but later falls in love with her.
