if the person identifies with they/them it means they are most comfortable with only those pronouns. please only refer them with they/them, their name or words like “you,your,you’re” etc. it’s rude to use “she” and “he” to somebody who uses they/them. there is a term called misgendering.

sexuality’s and gender identities are two different things. a non-binary person can be bisexual, gay, asexual, pan sexual etc. there is no restrictions because they are non binary. a gay person does not need to identify as a male or he/him, same with lesbian.

they do all fall under the trans umbrella but yes are different. Trans as in ftm mtf is transitioning to opposite gender. Non-binary (also an umbrella term) means not aligning with gender binary. (ftm means female to male and mtf means male to female)
