I'm tired.

I remember reading this manga a while back that had a 9+ rating. It was about two boys in high school; both attracted to men, but for different reasons. One was attracted to men because he was gay and the other because they thought of themselves as a girl. They would go to the rooftop together and fangirl over the hot boys at the sports trainings like the PE teacher. Towards the latter half of the story the main antagonist is another teacher in the school. Catching sight that the gay one likes men, he takes him on a car ride to the middle of know-where and tries to you-know-what him. Then comes the teachers background of he himself learning that he likes men when he was a student, but his parents and the people around him shunned him greatly when he found out and it really messed him up mentally. When it wouldn't go in, the teacher kept saying "let me in" and the boy was like it can't just go in without prep and then starts feeling pity for him. That's when the teacher got caught and now it goes to the end of the story. The two boys have now grown up, the gay one decides to accept this side of himself and has come out, but the trans one has decided to hide this part of themself and married a woman and have children, most likely to appease their mother. While coming back from work they say I'm home. I'd be grateful if anyone knows which manga I'm talking about.

I've been searching for this manga or the past two days with no avail. The story is a sort of love triangle between a daycare worker, a car mechanic, and an office worker in a town. The car mechanic is a single dad and his daughter goes to the daycare that the daycare worker works at. If I remember his wife passed away and he has stubble. The daycare worker (a lady in her early 30s) and the car mechanic become friends with benefits. The office worker worked in the city, but he was sent to the town and becomes coworkers with the daycare worker. The office worker has blond hair. I also remember that the daycare worker lived with her dad.
