TBH, I felt that their relationship was mutually beneficial and I liked that it was transactional for now, with neither catching feelings. But these last 2 chapters with the severe non-con/can’t say no stuff has soured me. I’m not enjoying it as much as I was…
In Ch 17, Doc sees Hyuk’s yearbook from High school when he invites himself in…there’s a comment that Hyuk was so short and looked different in H.S. That’s the moment when the Doc realizes who Hyuk is and he even says something like “I’ll explain everything at some point”
