I'm currently reading a cn novel with this kind of setting, that's why I'm curious (〜￣△￣)〜
I think the gender role will be the same, the female will be the wife and the male will be the husband but the male will be pregnant and not the female because i was told that its the omega who gets pregnant not the alpha, betas have a 40 percent to get pregnant or something like that.
In the novel I've mostly read, the Omegas are bottom regardless if they are male or female (except for omega omega pairing) so I think it is natural that the Omegas will be pregnant.
And betas have smaller probability of being pregnant even.

yeah im thinking the same thing too. and it looks like haruto was doing the same thing that the previous neighbor of ren that fostered him was doing all along. well idk if that was intentional, but it was def the same, it just so happened that some viewers might view it differently because of haruto's inner monologue of concern and the want to protect ren, which is ironic considering he's doing the same thing by taking advantage of the situation. he should've stopped and draw the line when ren was doing something for 'compensation.' idk why people were upset that they didn't reunite tho, i think that's for the best considering ren went through so much shits, he really needed that ngl
