From what I have heard the mc was married to the ml in the past life but he wasn’t as nice as he is now. He was mean distant and not trusting. The ml brother apparently r#ped the mc and the ml just believed he cheated on him. He was so sad and hated his life he kills himself using the gun we saw in the ml study. Now this is like a rebirth, where the ml and mc both rebirths but only the ml has full memories of the past life, and the mc snippets. That’s why the ml doesn’t have any bullets in the gun and in this life he treats him better bc (not sure about this part) last life he treated him poorly bc he believed he was a mole for his dad or some shit idk he was a dick basically for not believing the mc but he treats him good in this life I think

didnt you read the manga ? specifically for this manga that race has animal characteristic that it has do to with their blood they can change the shape of their body also their eyes look animalistic...if you read it carefully the answers are there.
