First, those upload button shouldnt be accesible to everyone,
1.it should be a first come first serve basis, however if the newly uploaded chapters were reported, the uploader will be banned from uploading to the manga/webtoon, and new uploader will be approved.
2.The approval wont take long, it will also coming from mangago A.I. coding who can randomly choose,, uploader will be banned anyway if they got reported a lot.
3. if the current uploader holder didnt update in 1 month, the uploader position is reopened
4. if it has been a week since the uploader has updated, other users can click the upload button again, however, the chapter they submitted will become a draft for the current uploader holder,, they will decide of they will give permission, the uploader signature on manga page become “current_uploader_name“ from “fast_reliable_uploader_name”
5. Current uploader holder cannot pass it but xan withdraw themselves as the uploader, leaving the position, once again open.
6.And again, repeatedly reported chapter uploads will result to ban uploader for that certain manga

This is the best site for communication with fellow manga, etc. lovers. It offers so many options for us to keep track of our stories and topics. But I’m getting so pissed off with this uploading mess I’m thinking of looking around for another site. That’s a worst case scenario. So many are getting voicefully angry now that I’m hoping this problem will be seriously addressed.
