Curse and all, its also possible to bind sukuna into a curse technique [gojo's healer friend] like a bet condition that all the people Sukuna killed will be revived if Sukuna dies/is killed [probably will still be alive though, there's one more finger] and like that, 'either Sukuna dies or everyone but one get killed' is fulfilled.
