The women aren't "easy," they're empowered and not in love with Grayson; they're simply experiencing their sexuality freely with someone who's a celebrity among them. Imagine, for example, that today Henry Cavill temporarily joined your workplace, befriended you and your friends, who are ordinary people, and you and they had the chance to sleep with him... that's more or less what happened in the story. Dominant Alphas are rare, and Grayson is a super-dominant one. He's the standard type in this society. They're just having fun, and nobody's being deceived.

It is just not fun reading a manga where the mc gets badly treated, I never know what they do to deserve it and what is interesting to read about it. It is especially gross and horrible to read and see grape, like the very forced bjs is just so GROSS. And why does the author make him blush about the ml even after being abused all the time? It is JUST WEIRD. Most of us would probably stab the ml in the heart in the middle of the night while he was sleeping if we were the mc.
I skip the smex scenen every time because it seems so...not forcefull...but like the top is doing whatever he wants when he wants all of a sudden and the bottom is just there taking everything. Too much from the top and too little from the bottom.
