Guys this description is not going to be great (I'm very sorry about that) bcs I had completely forgotten about this manga and only now, with most of my lists being gone, I remembered that it existed.
I think it was a manhwa, and I'm pretty sure one of the mcs was unpopular and the other was more on the popular side. And one of them (I think the unpopular one) got scars/ wounds/ cuts whenever he lied... I think ??? (He got wounds in a very unnatural way but I'm not sure anymore if these wounds were caused by lies or intimacy). And their relationship was a bit toxic (but nothing extreme). If you know it pls help me find it
