I thought it was fine and I liked Shion’s va but they like changed a pretty fundamental aspect of how the gender bending works and made it so Shion becomes female-bodied when he thinks of someone lovingly and then back to male-bodied after a certain time limit. I think it’s kinda dumb tbh and the manga is better

I know right! I think the change is to make it slightly more romantic and less lewd? I thought it was alright tbh I didn’t dislike it or anything. I like how in the manga it feels like Rui just really likes Shion for who he is regardless of anatomy but in the anime it seemed like he was just kinda rolling with it.

Oh I guess I can see why they changed it if they wanted to give it a more romantic feel! It’s kinda hard to see how the character’s feel in the anime so they probably wanted to make it more clear :0
