yes, kiki_manga is right just to add to their reply. they're step brothers technically could be a pseudo-incest, but what they have is a non consensual and one sided per se. the mc didn't give his consent and often he was drunk or sleeping. it happened in chapter 1 and 2 then on some present chapters also. i've read an article that if incestuous relationship was not consensual it would be rape or sexual assault. his just hard as rock for pushing himself beyond the boundaries his only allowed because he knows the mc was too kind, helpless, and too guilty by their situation. the mc felt indebted too much to their step mother to care about himself and his surroundings. he just accepted whatever throws at him and his brother took advantage of it and manipulate him then he would tell him he's doing it because he loves him? his logic is just broken
