It was alright. Definitely less cryptic than Breath of Copernicus, but I do see that the author maybe fascinated with the topic of incest or something. The art is great and the subject is heavy. I would understand why people find this appalling. Overall, I think I still prefer Breath of Copernicus, art-wise that is.
