Yise wanted to kill himself, how would u feel if someone decided to pilot your body after u wanted to be done with everything . That is still Yise's body I'd feel every right to want to get my body back especially if they're doing something I never wanted them to do. And the fact the the system is hiding yise from MC because they know he'd want his body to be in peace is hella shady . And what if Yise didn't want someone to take over his body over, is no one concerned about the original souls opinion of someone else being in his body
