It is a really cute story! The characters are lovable, the art is beautiful and the story is heartwarming. However, maybe it is even a little too cute ?
She is a perfect surgeon who didn’t do any mistakes. As it is very admirable, it is quite a pity as she seems too perfect. It seems as if she didn’t do any mistakes, and even if she did there would be miracles happening, so that she is not shouldering the consequences of her recklessness. She is a little bit as a Mary Sue, having everyone liking her little by little. She’s not even slandered in any rumors, is so appreciated she is unreachable.
As the ending was beautiful, I thin the whole arc about revenge was rushed. We know that Linden had a hard times forgiving, and few words are changing this fact. It is too realistic. Would’nt it have been better if they really quarreled with each other, having it as their first hardship as a couple and having Elise use the cross to save the aristocratic party? The number of deaths is really limited in that revenge too, and it gives a peaceful and perfect ending.
All in all, it was a cute story, I liked reading it, however it isn’t ea,sit-in and doesn’t let any space for characters growth. It is like a fairytale
