I have only read the specials, so I had no idea the main story is so serious and angsty.... It is also nice to see a yaoi character struggling so much with his identity.bI am going to actually start this story....

I think it goes natural so far. Since JK is an a**hole, it makes sense he can't really do a proper redemption move yet. I bet he will slowly understand it's nothing like he experienced before and will have to learn to act differently that might feel off his nature for him.
I thought that last part was some sort of code....
