The seme is super into the uke without knowing it. However he feels it and becomes uncomfortable/insecure, which explains his capricious behavior. The story will be about how he comes to terms with new reality and grows to be humble in front of love. Don't hate the seme. He's here for a great character development!

I saw some comments complaining about the lack of plot. In ch19-20, there's a shifting of dynamics between Jin & Matthew.
Before that, Jin only wanted to 'use' Matthew to satisfy himself. But the more he learned about Matthew (during the conversation in the bar, something clicked in Jin's mind), the more he wanted to give Matthew something as an unconditional favor, something Matthew really desired.
Since Matthew rejected his financial help, he figured out that sexual service could be the most favorable option for Matthew. Jin is a practical person, and he's not in a mood for romance yet.
