You're making it sound like MC was bad person all in all, he doesn't know what love is and he doesn't care abt societal norms. He wants to be poly bc of both their dicks. But eventually he realized and fell for ML bc the ML genuinely showed him what it was like to love someone. Also he wasn't genuine when he "laughed" with Tae-han telling him to off his father. He didn't like the idea of him killing his own father. He even got mad towards Tae-han bc of what he did. Also he only said those bc he was pissed off with the Father, which was understandable. And he always wasn't confident in having kids bc he didn't know what it was like to have a family. The ML taught him well though.
