The thing is the story is written and is a novel so writer can break a contract if they want to. I think some of the other comments already said what it. The novel is already done and not sure if I remember there being a second one or just side stories.

but that was an off start of getting the mc's chem, the storyline is just not it, no naur nah and nope, it was better at first few chaps not until that scene happened, the author could've tried another type of scenes or ways to give it's mc's a spotlight to shine, but sadly it went to a wrong move.
