I just read you are my world and I can tell it’s toxic but I remember there being a similar manga or manhwa much less toxic with the same premise two childhood friends one alpha and the other turns out omega because of the others pheromone being to strong but they might’ve been separated young because of that.
No offense but that sounds like half of all BL omegaverses ever made... do you have any more information? At least their hair colours or something?
