I don't think you'll get any shoujo recommendations with anything that explicit. Shoujo targets a younger female audience and while older people do read it, they still write/draw content that is appropriate enough for a younger audience. Josei has an older female demographic with more mature story lines, but even then I've never read anything scanlated that ever showed the male's sexual anatomy. Even the harlequin ones I've read that contain a number of sexual scenes never showed any dick. It was always female nudity (mostly breasts) and the sex was way vanilla.
