I don't think that the organ donor is Mel because rereading chapter 62 over and over again, something caught my eye, the paramedic said "There was an accident at the intersection" and "There'll be more victims coming in soon!" That second sentence made me think that maybe Mel did survive but she's injured, badly? I don't know. She might have gotten hurt and she's one of the victims but I don't think she's the organ donor.
it could be true Mel survived or it could be the other way. if the author really cares for Mel character for like 60 chapters, i do not think she might kill off her main cast. unless she wants to appeal for the viewers for higher rating. but it could be Mel the doctor, still another thought on whose the braindead woman
I partially agree with you. I'm still trying to put my head around the part where you think that the unseen doctor is Mel, I mean she was the one with the groceries if I'm not mistaken, but hey she may have survived, who knows? The fact that so many of us are trying to figure out what's going to happen next, I called that author a genius because of that kind of setup in chapter 62. Y'see the author has a way to pull us in by giving us hints and making us questioning so many things that can be solved. So I guess all of our questions will be answered next chapter.

I find it really funny how Sue would question herself on why Mel would give everything to Lynn but not her. When clearly, Mel did love her back then but Mel had stated that Sue wasn't SATISFIED ENOUGH so why the hell would Sue say that all she ever wanted was for Mel to give herself to her when Sue did some crazy shit to Mel by cheating on her, marrying some guy for money and power and expect Mel to hold hands with her and sing Kumbaya and everything will be alright? Hell to the no! I understand that Mel shouldn't be operating on Lynn because as a doctor, you shouldn't be operating on your love ones but come on man, I can clearly see that Sue don't give a damn about Lynn, calling her a stupid kid because Mel loves her. Sue is jealous as fuck but she ain't worse than that character from Serenade (Crazy bitch). Lynn keep fighting it, I'll be rooting from the sidelines even though you're a fictional character.
