I'm looking for an age-gap manhwa where the bottom (MC) is an adult but got held back a year in high school. MC's father is in debt and sent MC to an island so MC could be safe while his father figures things out. He lives with his grandmother who is deaf/HOH and most of the residents on the island are old. His grandmother runs a convenience store and during season 1 there's a typhoon (? not sure, but it was a natural disaster) that hits the island and destroys the store and injures his grandmother. He meets 3 gangsters and develops a relationship with 1 of them. The ML has enough money to fix MC's grandmother's store, so he does. At the end of season 1 MC has to leave the island.

I remember it was either tagged shounen ai or yaoi and I've been looking through the tags and I still can't find it after weeks so... Anyways it's about this guy who has a reunion with his art club and he starts reminiscing about his old friend whose art he loves. He hasn't seen him for years and he wasn't at the reunion either. When MC brings him up at the reunion it gets awkward and some people act suspicious. Then on the news, he finds out his friend is dead and his body was hidden in the art club walls. Obviously, he's shocked and then gets sent to the past to HS and is determined to save his friend.
