Yes, and so does pregnancy but guess what, after you've had your baby your lungs aren't permanently super glued to your ribcage. Corsets will shifts your organs but once you take the corset off they'll just shift back, its not dangerous at all. Literally hundreds of historical reproduction actresses wear corsets everyday, they also ride horses, climb mountains, farm, and all sorts of other manual labor and they're perfectly fine, healthy and comfortable.
