In my school, bullies when reported will be shamed along with their parents. So people used to think I bully him and come defending like soldiers (which is I'm glad they did but it changed my personality 180° to coward and indecisive person). So I want people to take care of bully issues PROPERLY. Handling it badly like I mentioned about my school is as bad as ignoring it. It should vary for different age groups. If it's a child it must be disciplined so that a child can understand. If a high schooler does, make sure they really get the consequences.
